Exchange Policy
Changed your mind or need a different size? Simply email us at hello@islandcrush.com.au with your order number, and we'll get back to you ASAP.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received
- With tags and in original packaging
Please note:
- We cannot accept items that are soiled, stained, have pet hair, smell of smoke, or show signs of detergent.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase, as shown on your order confirmation or pack slip.
- For change-of-mind exchanges, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using registered or express post, as we can’t assume responsibility for items lost in transit.
Allow up to two weeks for processing exchanges.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be approved if:
- Items are returned in their original condition: unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags intact. We cannot accept items that are soiled, stained, have pet hair, smell of smoke, or show signs of detergent.
- Items are received within 30 days of the purchase date on your invoice.
We’ll notify you once we’ve inspected your return and confirm if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Faulty Products
We strive to offer high-quality products, but if you receive a faulty item, please email hello@islandcrush.com.au with your order number, details, and photo(s) of the fault. We’ll respond promptly with next steps.
If an item is found to be faulty, we’ll replace it (subject to stock availability) or issue a full refund, including return postage costs. We’ll also cover re-delivery fees for incorrect, damaged, or faulty items.

Shipping Costs for Returns
- Incorrect/Damaged/Faulty Items: Island Crush covers all return shipping costs.
- Change-of-Mind Exchanges: Shipping costs are at your own expense.
