What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ShopPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Do you offer AfterPay?

While we don't offer Afterpay, we highly recommend PayPal's Pay-in-4 as a good 'buy now pay later' option.

Where do you ship to?

We are a small family business based in Kirrawee, NSW. We currently only ship to Australia and the USA but we hope to expand our horizons very soon. 

How do I know what size to order?

Our size guide provides detailed measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up so you child can fit their garment longer. If you need extra help, feel free to contact us.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We process orders very quickly, but if you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 business days depending on yor location. International orders will take longer. 

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. We ship with Australia Post. The best way to track your parcel is via their mobile app. Get the AusPost app

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase if items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging. Check out our Return & Exchange Policy for more details. Please note we can't accept returns for underpants/briefs or swim shorts for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer digital gift cards that can be used online. They’re perfect for treating someone special to a shopping experience! You can find our Gift Cards here in several different denominations.

What if my item is damaged or faulty?

We take quality seriously. If your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll make it right.

Is your swimwear UPF 50+?

Our swimwear is rated UPF 50+ by Intertek Testing Services, a global leader in quality assurance and testing. This certification ensures our swimwear offers "excellent" sun protection, blocking over 98% of harmful UV radiation. UPF 50+ is the highest possible rating for fabric protection, making our swimwear ideal for prolonged sun exposure. 

How do I care for Island Crush clothing?

You can find more detailed care instructions here. In general, wash in cold water (gentle machine wash for bamboo garments, hand wash for swimwear), avoid bleach, and air dry whenever possible to keep your items looking their best.

Where are your garments made?

Island Crush is a small Australian family business. All of our garments are designed in Australia and made by our team in China.

Is bamboo fabric suitable for sensitive skin?

Bamboo fibre is naturally antibacterial and hypoallergenic. It is also naturally much softer and silkier than cotton, making it kinder to sensitive skin.
